Job Description

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to strategize, plan and execute our global marketing roadmap, with the potential to grow their own team.  Important emphasis is on our current Cloud offerings and highlighting our Cloud alliances (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.), as they relate to our strategy, pricing, product positioning, target audience, messaging, and branding. The vision is to establish Stromasys as a premier partner on multi-clouds whereby customers seamlessly discover, research, and subscribe to our Charon emulation products. The ideal candidate mirrors the following:

  • Thought leadership – you are marketing obsessed, think creatively, have a strategic mindset, and the ability to be both inspirational and influential.
  • Project management – you happily and proactively communicate and oversee external creative agencies and event vendors, developing dynamic, two-way relationships.
  • Marketing collateral - you take pride in continually developing and owning our literature.
  • Marketing plan – you can assess where we are and set goals, translating to tactics and action.  You are success-driven, persistent, and entrepreneurial.
  • Content – you produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups; you have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication; you are inquisitive about technology and can communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plan, including events, campaigns and programs aligned to our product roadmap and cloud solutions (e.g. Cloud events, executive programs, outbound campaigns, partner marketing, lead management, social media, etc.)
  • Cultivate awareness, familiarity, and recognition for Stromasys with Cloud alliances, influencers, and other influencer organizations
  • Own the development of messaging, value propositions, marketing content, product marketing, collateral, and press releases
  • Develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how to guides etc.), to be used on the web, live events and in other channels
  • Work independently and autonomously
  • Develop other demand generation campaigns, including upsell and cross sell activities, to drive customer retention 

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; marketing of software products and/or cloud ecosystem
  • 5+ years demonstrated track record in crafting marketing strategy, campaign planning, and marketing content (case studies, user stories, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing high-quality marketing initiatives in a dynamic, global environment
  • Experience with marketing and web analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. Salesforce, or similar), and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Graphic design skills/experience
  • Bonus points for knowledge around legacy servers
